Cornish seafood, delivered ready to go.
Cornwall catches excellent seafood. Whole lobster, freshly dressed crab, king prawns, smoked salmon — built into platters that are worth looking at before you eat them.
We prepare everything at our kitchen in Redruth and deliver chilled and ready to serve. No live cooking on site, no equipment, no venue kitchen needed. Your guests arrive to a spread already laid out.
Platters work on their own or alongside other catering — as a starter, a grazing centrepiece, or paired with an afternoon tea or buffet.
Pricing is straightforward: it depends on what is on the platter and how many people you are feeding. Give us your budget and we will tell you what we can do.
What goes on the platter
We build to your occasion and guest count. Here is what we typically work with.
Whole Cornish Lobster
Freshly cooked and dressed. Served halved on the platter with lemon and mayonnaise.
Dressed Crab
Cornish brown and white crab meat, dressed and served in the shell.
King Prawns
Cornish-landed king prawns, peeled, served with a horseradish Marie Rose and lemon.
Smoked Salmon
Thinly sliced, served with capers, crème fraîche and rye bread.
All platters are delivered on serving boards with garnishes and accompaniments, ready to serve. Just tell us what you want when you enquire.
